Today Facebook added a new feature in which you can reply to any subscribed thread by replying to email notifications.  Usually when someone comment on any of your status update or post on Facebook you get an email notification.  Using this new feature you can simply reply via Email to reply to any thread you are subscribed or started by you.facebook reply comment thumb

I replied to that Facebook notification email and within few seconds that reply was added into the thread. As a Facebook user I appreciate this new reply to email feature. Since it will help us to quickly reply to and thread.  <via>

This new development makes life on facebook a lot easier for me. I thought it wasn’t going to work after a trial proved it was the real deal, I was hooked. No more logging into facebook to reply to comments. If only the feature could be extended to wall posts as well.

I originally noticed this when you posted this article. Since then I’ve gotten some Facebook emails but this option was not in every email. Is this feature something that the user has to enable or disable through their account settings?
