in Software

Few days back I talked about Xmarks Firefox extension which help in synchronizing your bookmarks and making it accessible everywhere.

Another One is Delicious which is an online bookmark manager. Another useful software which I came across is Fruitfultime Bookmark manager. Its a light weight desktop application to manage your bookmark.

You can manually add bookmark or import your existing bookmark from any internet browser you are using.

If you are looking forward to manage all your Bookmarks on any desktop application , you should give this software a try. More over I will explain in a quick guide how you can import your existing bookmarks from Mozilla to Bookmarkmanager.

1. Open Mozilla and Click CTRL+SHFT+B (Organize Bookmark).

2. Under Import and backup click on Export HTML. Save the Bookmark on your desktop or any folder.

Few Good things which I like about fruitful Bookmarkmanager are :

  • Organize With Labels
  • Support all Major browsers
  • Carry Bookmarks using Pen drive (Portability)
  • Bookmark Program along with Web links
  • Search functionality

The application is worth trying and the best usage which I find is I can organize my bookmark the way I want.   I have tons of Bookmarks on my Firefox and Chrome Browser and most of the time I miss visiting some of the bookmarks later on. This application also helps me to keep track of bookmarks which I have to visit at later time, Label feature come very handy in this scenario.
