Months back I have written a post on How to use Ultra Surf to Unblock any website. Ultra surf is one of my favorite proxy unblocking software followed by Your-Freedom and Opera Tor.
I have been a big fan of Ultrasurf and have been using it from long time. Reason being, unlike other proxy program Ultrasurf doesn’t require installation and it’s too easy to configure. Before I share Ultrasurf download link, here is a quick video guide to learn using Ultrasurf:
As I mentioned above, being a light weight software, it’s one of the best desktop proxy tool you can get for yourself.
Download Ultrasurf full set up:
At the time of writing latest version of Ultrasurf is 11.04 and when ever an update is available, you will be notified as soon as you start Ultrasurf. I’m sharing an official download link and an alternative download link, which will be helpful when official site is blocked.
The new version of Ultra surf is fast and take no time to connect to remote server. One thing which I like most about the Ultra surf is, its simple click and use proxy software so it does not take much time to load and to surf anonymously.
Just for reference, when you start Ultrasurf it will automatically change your IE settings to use their proxy settings, and in case if you are using any other browser, you can use following proxy settings:
- IP : 127.0.0.1
- Port : 9666

Are you behind proxy or you directly connected to Internet?
Excellent review and with its new auto open feature for IE I didn’t even have to configure anything for it to work there. Would have to be set for other browsers. The online proxy I’d been using vanished so it was time for an upgrade and this worked nice for me quite some time ago and I was glad to see it was still around! Thanks Harsh!

Hi Friends, i have been using UltraSurf software for long time, but when i disconnect from that application and if i try to take internet through my mobile ,i am not able to browse the sites , i have tried to change the proxy settings under Internet Explorer-Internet options-connections-Lan settings, but still its showing the same error, please help me to solve this,
i can not download because link is blocked by my internet server.
i will be able to download if you will put ultrasurf in a zip file and name it with other name than ultrasurf
