Digg got little makeover

Digg was down for almost half an hour at 1.30 Pm EST on   12/17/2008 and after it come up we can see few changes on the Digg website.

Digg got few changes in its style :

Now user can directly add people from there submitted post link and the “submitted by user” under the post has been changed to look more prominent.They moved the small avatar next to the bury button to make it look more bigger and added friend link below the user avatar.

That means it’s more easy to add people now on Digg and Top user will have more fans.

This is a ncie sweet update from Digg and it gave a personal touch to the users.

I support the changes made, as the prominent display of the user that submitted the story makes people take more notice of who is getting the stories out there. People might notice certain trends over time, or be more interested in visiting the sites of submitters that submit content the viewers like.
