Being a blogger and freelancer, many times I have to sent invoice to the client. When I started blogging I was not sure of any web app which let you crease free online invoice. Later on I got to know about this online site Invoice machine, which does the job pretty well.
Update: Later on I started using Activ collab for project management and that’s one of the tool which I’m using now. Alternatively, if you are using PayPal, you can create invoice using PayPal too.

If you are a freelancer and not sending invoices to your client, you are making lots of mistakes. You losing the touch of professionalism and also if you have a copy or record of all the invoices, it will make it easier for you to maintain your finances.
What I liked about Invoice machine is, it’s easy to use but if you are looking for a free solution for 2-3 invoices a month, it does the job pretty well.
Invoicemachine lets you create any invoice in simple step and you cab create .pdf invoice or send invoice via Email.
The downside of invoicemachine is it’s free version will not let you create more then 3 invoice/month. Though if you do not need to create invoice more then 3 times/month. It’s a great deal, else you can upgrade for different premium plans.

Ah, great service if you only have a small amount of clients each month. Personally I’m using a Swedish service for it which works great. Isn’t there a English site offering more invoices every month?
Another Option for Creating Invoices is the Tally
Tally is the Accounting Software used by almost all the Companies in India and they prepare Invoices using this Software.As this Software is used accross the Industry, the Manner of Presentation used by Tally is accepted as the General Pattern.
The latest version of Tally is the Tally 9. Although it is an Accounting Software, any person can use it to extract Invoices. Moreover you should also be knowing how to use Tally as all your Incomes and Expenses would be recorded in the Tally Software
for some reason i used invoice machine by giving my paypal id in payment integration section and the client could not pay ….too bad ….any one knows why? it was an indian account …
