We all know about Sponsored tweets which is one of the easiest way to make money from tweets. I have been using Sponsored tweets for long and it’s working great for me. Buysellads one of the leading advertising company added another way to monetize by adding a section for sponsored tweets.
Like normal ad inventory, you can add an option to sponsored tweets. You can specify cost/tweet. Minimum is $10. Since buysellads is targeted advertising network, probably you can make most out of sponsored tweets.

Very nice to hear, that.
But every time I apply to this BuySellAds, they have rejected my website as publisher. I may not satisfy their pageview requirements, I guess. Yet somehow, they approve the same to some wordpress hosted blogs even though their pageviews aren’t satisfied. Could you help me out? Is this is that my blog is hosted on free service platform?
Suraj Buysellads relies more on Niche and how is your site design and content. Traffic doesn’t matter much. I have websites with 5KPV/month and 10kPV/month. You should check out this post:

Lets see how sponsored tweets work out. So far I’m happy with the direct advertisement performance but not sure how sponsored tweet will work.

btw – if you do not have any ads hosted on your blog through buysellads, can you opt for sponsored tweets..
Is there any criteria that you need to have ads on your blog before you opt for sponsored tweets..
If you have an approved website, you can opt for sponsored tweets. It’s not mandatory that your ad should be running.
I have not applied to BuySellAds till now.But planning to apply very soon.
That’s a nice addition in BSA. But I feel BSA is mainly for selling ad spaces on sites rather than selling tweets. Also the base price is not higher than it should be.

Infact I found base price ($10) to be lil high. Specially for blog with less twitter followers. Though this should work as Buysellads will help you to target niche market and official profile for sending tweet. Today itself I sold one tweet, though as a starting price, I have set it for $12.

And adding it won’t harm you, you never know when one tweet can make good money. At the top of it, you preserve the rights to approve or reject tweet. So no chance of sending unrelated or spam tweet..
I haven’t got any ads for a few months with BuySellAds. I guess the technology market is so saturated that it’s hard to get an advertiser unless you have a really monster traffic
Ended up taking out their banner widgets afterwards. Might try again when I have around 10,000 visitors one day, perhaps
Tech market is not saturated, though here I will share a tip: You need to check which industry is getting lots of advertisers. For example there are lots of advertisers for iPhone, Ringtones, VPN softwares… You might like to target them by writing relevant content.
Obviously you need to make sure your price is set right according to your traffic. I have been using Buysellads on My tech blog CAG and it’s doing good.
