Few days back I talked about How linking back to your article along with proper anchor text help to increase your search engine traffic and benefit for Search engine optimization.
To analyze your keyword ranking one of the best free tool is Google Analytics, though web interface of Google analytics is not very user friendly.
Thanks to Polaris, an adobe air application which made it easier to analyze your Google analytics data for a website from desktop easily.
The software is very easy to use, just download the .air set up from the official website, make sure you have Adobe air application installed on your system. You can download adobe air from here.
Download the Polaris, install and configure. Though it has only one limitation , You can analyze only one website from its free version. If you wish to analyze more then one website, you need to buy their pro version which will cost $15/yr.
You can check the screenshot of the software here and download link is given at the bottom

Thanks for sharing this.
I use a similar kind of tool named “Woopra”. Unlike Polaris, Woopra needs a js to be installed on the website.
It is a separate analytics kinda tool.
I have never tried Woopra but heard a lot about it. Will give it a try after reading few more reviews.
Thanks for sharing this. I have used Woopra before.
pretty useful software. though i would love to see a desktop client from the google end with more flexibility.
Woopra has a better desktop client and is quite impressive but is in beta and is restricted to some 25000 pageviews per day.
I use google analytics and woopra for my websites. For fast glimpse i use woopra and google for full analytics.
Will try it out now. Sound useful and looks cool too..
It is Mayur, Atleast for me and for other friends I have recommended.
