How to use Adblacklist for Adsense Competitive Ad Filter

I have just told you about how You can increase adsense revenue using competitive ad filter. For generating the MFA and LCPC ad list we are using adsblacklist.org.

Now for a new user it may be hard to understand the interface of adsblacklist, so I will make your work easier.

Follow the simple Steps to generate list from Adsblacklist

Step 1 :- Register

Registration is simple. Head over to Adsblacklist.org and register using your desired username.

Step 2 :- Add   domain and Keywords

Next Step is little tricky. Once You are logged into the website, on the left hand site click on My account and then click on add new Domain. Enter your domain name and keywords. Now keywords is something which defines your blog. For example mine will be wordpress, Blogging,make money online and so on. Check these screenshots which will make your work much easier.

Step :- 3 Generating Block List

So We have added the domain and now generate the ad black list on the basis of keywords which you have used. Click on generate Filter list on the sidebar, Drag the domain to keyword from select domain field and Check MFA and LCPC ads.   Hit submit.

Step 4 :- Add Blocked ad list into Adsense

So Till now if you have done every step in the correct way, you can see the list of blocked ad at point no 5 in the above picture. Login in to your adsense account and click on adsense setup > Click on competitive ad filter and paste all the URL there.

Click on save changes and you are all set. Wait for some time to reflect the changes and within 2-3 days you can see the result in your earning.

Rahul not much but slight. Atleast I don’t see those low paying ads which are very common and one major reason for ad blindness. New ads have better chances to improve CTR.

I start using this service few days back but still no significant changes. I would also like to point that dragging of domain in STEP 3 does not worked in Firefox even though I am using the latest version. In ie8 it’s working fine.

Manpreet I used this service on Mozilla and I took this screen-shot on the same browsers.
Though I agree with you I also didn’t see any significant changes though you can have a look at my above comment and you will realize how this may help in increase CTR.

Even I was not aware of it, thanks to Google that I got to know about it when I was researching more on Competitive ad filter. Now Utilize it to the full potential. :)

I know shabnam , many people use Competitive ad filter feature for removing ads from competitor website. though It can be use to remove low paying ads and that what adblacklist do. Provide you with the list of low paying ads according to your keywords.

I have tried using this a very long before and still use it. From my experience it wont give a high earning but can improve the earnings to a small extend. Thanks harsh for putting this.
