nice themes but i am unable to find plugins menu in wordpress dashboard,any one knows why is that i m using free wordpress blog,so this way i can’t use themes other than included in wordpress,any suggestions?

You can’t install third party plugins in wordpress.com blog. To use this facility u need to stay on self hosted wordpress blog.
