I am not sure if it’s something for webmasters, but there are two apps I use all the time (many times every single day) and that Instapaper and Evernote.
Instapaper lets me read everything later in offline mode. I add many articles when I’m on wifi, and then I read them later on when I’m offline. Works great. Evernote is for all my notes and for all my ideas, and it keeps me remember everything. Perfect app!
