Dang. Honestly, I can’t believe you did not include templatic.com in this list. Especially when you considering some of the theme providers available in this list does far less in ever terms than us.
Go for Mod themes, there design are really simple and search engine optimized. Investment in your blog design is one time, so try to be careful in choosing design for your blog.
Oh and how did you forgot Templatic themes. They have some awesome themes.

Woothemes are best one’s with better customer support. They are running offers. I will recommend it.
There are some good sites here. But I would also recommend Mojo Themes – they are a growing site very similar to Themeforest.
Theme Garden seems to be a lot more like an affiliate site then an actual marketplace…
